We appreciated the courteous attitude of the receptionist. the staff also maintained the rooms really well, keeping them neat and tidy. the price of the room was reasonable for the level of comfort on offer.
The location of the hotel was remote and not conveniently accessible, so we had to rent an outdated motorbike to reach the hotel. We were also pressured by the cleaning crew on our check-out day, as they kept knocking on our door before the check-out time.

the staff member who took care of us at the front desk was very professional and polite. the room we stayed in was tidy and clean, which made our stay even more relaxing. the location was serene and calm, making it an ideal place to unwind.
The rental motorbike was a bit aged and consumed excessive gas; it would have been better to have better bikes.

The front desk staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. We enjoyed our clean room and the fact that it had everything we needed. we appreciated the secluded location which gave us some peace and quiet.
Getting around was a hassle since we needed to rent an old and gas-guzzling motorbike. the cleaning crew was pressuring us to check-out an hour earlier than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at Irest Apartment Vinh Yen. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for us. The staff, especially Khanh at the front desk, was incredibly polite and professional, offering exceptional service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking and found the location to be easily accessible, making it simple for us to explore this city. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, ensuring a great start to our day.
